Pike Ambush “Jörmungandr” follows six experienced adventure-seeking anglers as they hit the road for Norway for the first time—cars packed, roof tents ready—chasing pike, trout, and whatever else lives in Norway’s lightly touched inland waters. Before departure they spend countless hours studying maps and waters, digging through Latvian and Norwegian fishing forums, and gathering tips from the few Latvian anglers who’ve explored Norway’s interior fisheries. The plan is set, with one constant: change—adapting to conditions, the unknown, and the unpredictable. Over 10 days the crew faces everything a real expedition brings: hot bites and dead water, doubt, reroutes, plan changes, tough calls, and the highs that make the journey worth it.
